Dwindling with AI
The truthfulness of information provided by big tech is a complex issue. While these companies have access to vast amounts of data, they are supposed to be subject to regulations and laws that govern how they use, collect and store data. These companies have a responsibility to ensure that AI models are accurate and unbiased.
In recent times, there has been instances where as big tech companies have manipulated data and search conditions for a government and or a financial issue. The question is who is going to police the truthfulness of data that AI regurgitates.
As mentioned above, manipulation of data for financial gain is being explored by AI patents; which are looming in many countries. Most patent laws are based on the assumption that inventors are human. In addition, Friday September 29, 2023 the Supreme Court ruled AI cannot hold a copyright.
On the governmental side, the current younger generation have not been taught the prescribed actions of reasoning and decisions which would enable total understanding of natural law to which our nation was founded. AI algorithmic instructions not totally understood could be construed as true principles of value.
The concept of natural law was documented in ancient Greek philosophy, including Aristotle, and was referred to in ancient Roman philosophy by Cicero. References to it are also to be found in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, and were later expounded upon in the Middle Ages by Christian philosophers such as Albert the Great and Thomas Aquinas
Natural law is a system of laws based on human nature and intrinsic values that can be deduced and applied independently of positive law. Today’s basic values cannot be applied independently to newly enacted decrees. Obscene negative laws are being enacted by all federal, state and local governments to the change reasoning of existing laws which have made our nation independent and thus prosper. Propaganda to entice these lewd laws have only been in existence since 2014 when the SMA act of 1948 was amended to allow propaganda to be lawful to the American public.
The current blueprint for the AI bill of rights by the Democratic White House is nothing but a series of suggestions to enable government to delegate and dictate its obscene views for potential passages in becoming law. The influence of intended principles will only serve big government and big tech in their relentless endeavor for communistic power.
Our creator formed the natural order of life in the beginning of creation. Natural law gives all individuals rights that are a part of the natural order of things in this world. The governance and creation of new laws within this great nation should be geared for its people by natural tendencies. The totality of natural law, whereas principles of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are not hampered by the obscene intent of a proposed law, should be the guiding light by which all entities on this earth agree in their quest for a powerful existence….. An existence that once was and still is that of our great nation…..but is slowly being dwindled away…….
